  Dear Sister,
  
  We’ve all heard the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” As women, we’re constantly pouring ourselves out—to friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. We’re the shoulder to cry on, the listening ear, the unseen hands in the kitchen, the family chauffeur, the comforting hand, and so much more. Each day places new demands on us, and it’s easy to feel depleted and overdrawn.
  
  That’s why we want to personally invite you to draw from the well of living waters by joining one (or more) of Mary, Queen of Peace’s women’s ministries. Come, be refilled and refreshed.
  
  Whether you’re married, single, divorced, or widowed, there is something here for you. We know how hard it can be to make time for yourself—but we also know, firsthand, that we are better wives, mothers, and human beings when we intentionally carve out space to nourish my heart and soul.
  
  Not sure where to start? Come and see--or give one of us a call any time. We are happy to help you discern that pathway that might best fit your needs.

Faith Friday
- Faith Fridays is an invitation for women to step away from the busyness of life and join together on a beautiful spiritual journey. Have you ever wanted to read Scripture but felt unsure where to begin? Let’s start together with the Gospel of Matthew, guided by the Blessed Is She study book. This inspiring book is filled with beautiful images, offers practical guidance on how to pray with Scripture, and helps you see how God’s Word speaks into your life as a wife, mother, sister and friend. No matter where you are on your faith journey—whether you’re just curious or have been walking with the Lord for years—you are warmly welcome to gather in fellowship with other women from our school and parish family.

Walking with Purpose
- Opening your Heart
  
  Welcome to Opening Your Heart: The Starting Point. This Bible study will take you on an exciting journey closer to the heart of God, help you form a personal relationship with Christ, and help you find answers to life’s biggest questions through the context of the Catholic faith.
  
  Opening Your Heart is an incredibly effective guide to deep, lasting transformation of the heart, and we encourage all participants new to Walking with Purpose to begin their journey here, regardless of previous experience with Bible study. This 22 week study taking place Wednesday evening in the Parish Center from 6:30-8:00 pm starting September 16. The cost is $47 for course materials.

Women's Spirituality
- Women parishioners are invited to join the Women’s Spirituality group and to grow through prayer, reflection and faith sharing. Each semester, the group will pray through a new book. There are two separate groups (Tuesday or Thursdays 9:45-11:00 am) each meeting weekly starting in early September.

Darling Disciples
- Darling Disciples is a welcoming community where moms and their young children gather to pray, grow in faith, and build meaningful friendships. Through shared experiences, structured play, encouragement, and Christ-centered fellowship, this ministry nurtures both mothers and their little ones while fostering a sense of belonging for all.
  This ministry gathers Friday mornings following the 9:00 am Mass from roughly 10:00-11:00 in the Parish Center starting in early September. New members are always welcome, but we do ask families to register for the year.

Women's Divorce Care
- All women experiencing the effects of divorced are invited to join a journey of hope and healing. Sessions will begin on in mid September and take place weekly on Thursday evenings starting at 6:30 PM in the Parish Office. Please contact Kelle Serio at [email protected] for more information.
