Every individual is created by a loving God in His own image. From the very beginning, each life is a part of God’s perfect plan. The goal of the Respect Life Ministry at Mary, Queen of Peace is to proclaim a consistent ethic of the sanctity of human life, from the moment of conception to natural death. We do this through prayer, education and service.
The Substance Addiction Ministry (SAM) is a team of parishioners dedicated to offering hope and healing to parishioners, family and friends touched by alcohol or drug abuse and/or addiction. Addiction is a progressive, physical, emotional and spiritual illness that disconnects a person from self, loved ones, and God. Family members and loved ones are affected and troubled as substance abuse escalates. The goal of SAM is to provide confidential help through education, prevention, family support, treatment referrals, and spiritual guidance. Contact:[email protected]
