Lenten Service Project: Comfort and Joy
Last Lent, you helped spread Comfort and Joy by gathering and wrapping enough yarn to create more than 500 wigs for pediatric cancer patients. This year, we are aiming even higher. Our goal is 1,000 wigs, and we cannot do it without you.
We begin by asking for your prayers. We are also seeking to raise $6,000 to purchase 1,000 skeins of yarn, and we need volunteers to help wrap yarn during each of our six Friday fish fries. With your generosity and time, we know this parish can meet and even exceed this goal.
