Director of Hospitality & Connections

Effective July 1, Elizabeth Duracher will become the Director of Hospitality and
Connections in the parish office. This new position will include all the elements of
Kari Doyle’s previous position at the front desk (Kari is transitioning to the school
office July 1) but will also add additional elements to enhance our core value of
radical hospitality and making connections with new and existing parishioners
(fundamentally relational).

As the new job description states: “The Director of Hospitality and Connections is
responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable “front door” experience for
everyone he/she encounters at Mary, Queen of Peace. Although a multitude of
administrative tasks must be done efficiently and effectively, the overarching
emphasis is on building Christ-centered relationships that matter and make a
difference in people’s lives.”

Elizabeth comes to us from a background in administration, interior design, and
hospitality. She looks forward to being part of the team and working with our
Mary, Queen of Peace family.
